Setting up Internet Explorer

Firstly open your Internet explorer browser and navigate to the popup blocker settings as illustrated below.

Clicking on Pop-Up Blocker Settings will open a new window with options for allowing certain web sites to pop open a new window as they wish. For the Conecta4 network to operate corectly on your computer it is nessesary to allow the site 10.0.2.1 as shown below. When done just click on the close button at the bottom of the box.

Next we need to make your surfing a little more secure. To do this open Internet Options as shown below.

 

This will again open up a new window. Here we need to navigate to the Advanced tab and scroll down to and tick the options "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" and also "Empty Temporary Internet Files Folder when browser is closed" When done just click apply at the bottom of the box.

Thats it! You now have the basic settings to safely surf the Internet.
