IMPORTANT NOTICE: Conecta 4 Tech Support Department reminds all clients that the company doesn't cover technical problems related to equipment (antenna, power supply, PoE) when the equipment hasn't been protected by an UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and the problem is due to electrical surges, power cuts, lightning strikes and electricity fluctuations.
Given the case of problems or damages due to the above mentioned that requires a technician to visit the house to re-configure or replacement of equipment, the cost would be absorbed by the client. For official prices, click HERE.

According to the Law on State Budget for 2010 from July 1 are to apply the new VAT rates of 18% and 8%, replacing the 16% and 7% previously in force. This amendment would affect the services provided by Conecta 4 Solutions, S.L., the company will apply the new VAT rate of 18% from the invoice for the month of July 2010.
